We are an Australian owned primary producer of quality grass fed baby beef and we take pride in this fact.
At Lake Muir Prime Beef we base our business on growing for the fattening market and quiet and content cattle grow fat calves.
Our chosen breed is Chargrey a cross between Charolais and Murray Grey, known for meat and milk assets. These cattle thrive in the local environment and provides diversity for the market.
HARVEY BEEF GATE 2 PLATE CHALLENGE is an annual competition for primary producers of cattle and our primary way of gauging personal performance. Fedback from recent years has only peaked our interest in improving the quality of our farm and its produce.
